Create

Provides options to create DiffServ-CodePoint (DSCP) mapping profiles.

Note: * = required parameter

• Command Path - profile>dscp
• Object - dscp
• Actions -
  • create - Create a new dscp profile
    • * name= - Name of new dscp profile
      • Map  - Map DiffServ-CodePoint(s) to Priority Code Point (PCP/p-bit)
        • Code-Point= -  Differentiated Services Code Point
          • 0 - 63
        • Priority-Code-Point= - Frame priority level; a 3 bit field which refers to the IEEE 802.1p priority
          • 0 - 7

1. From the ESUx> command line, input profile dscp create name=Downstream-tmp code-point=3, and press Enter. Output similar to the following is displayed:

   ESUx> profile dscp create name=Downstream-tmp code-point=3 <enter> success ESUx> _
