Create

Use the following procedure to Create an DSCP Mapping Profile:

1. In the DSCP Mapping dialog screen, click the Create a New Profile () icon in the Main Menu bar. The Create DSCP Mapping Profile dialog is displayed.
   
   
    
2. Enter a name for this profile, then set the profile values (0-7) in the P-Bit column to correspond to the 63 possible DSCP values for network behavior, and click on the Apply button.
3. An empty DSCP Mapping Profile Create Status will be displayed during the creation, to be followed by the status.
   
   
    
4. When finished, click on the Close button. 
5. If no further profiles are to be created, click on the Cancel button to close the Create DSCP Mapping Profile dialog.
6. When finished, click on the Close button. 
7. Click on the Close button again to exit the Ethernet Port Profiles screen.
