Create

Provides options to create Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) profiles.

Note: * = required parameter

• Command Path - vlan>create
• Action -
  • create - Create a new VLAN profile
    • * name= - Name of new VLAN profile
    • acl-mode=  - acl mode applied to the vlan
      • disabled (default)|basic|drop|accept
    • bridging-TYPE=  - the type of briding applied to the vlan
      • trans|ff|pv|full (default)|full-limited
    • dai=  - DAI (Dynamic ARP Inspection) State
      • enabled|disabled (default)
    • domain=  - the vlan domain
    • msti=  - the msti used for the vlan
      • cist (default)
    • multicast=                -
      • profile=  - multicast profile to assign to vlan
    • user-LABEL=  - user label
      • any alpha-numeric name. (up to 32 characters)

1. From the ESUx> command line, input vlan create name=2930, and press Enter. Output similar to the following is displayed:

   ESUx> vlan create name=2930 <enter> success ESUx> _
