Delete

Deletes an ONT from the specified PON.

Note: * = required parameter

• Command Path -  ont>delete 
• Command - delete
• Actions - 
  • * ont-id= -  AID of specific ONT 
    •  [MDS slot]-[PON port]-[ONT ID] (x-y-z)
  • unlock - unlock ONT to permit deletion (if locked)

1. From the ESUx> command line, input ont delete ont-id=4-1-9, and press Enter. Output similar to the following is displayed: 

   ESUx> ont delete ont-id=4-1-9 <enter> Delete ONT succeeded. ESUx> _
