Delete

There are two delete functions located on the Report screen and the Job Manager

Report List Delete

Caution: Generated reports will not be cleaned up by the EMS application. For a job that generates big reports on a frequent basis, these reports could take up a good chunk of disk spaces. Users need to be aware of the potential risk for consuming too much disk space. Job Reports should be periodically deleted. Reports that are to be retained should be exported to a local Job Report folder before deletion.

To access the Delete function:

  1. From the Application View Bar, select the Report icon (). The Report screen will be displayed.


     
  2. On the Report screen, click the Refresh icon () to update the Report List.
  3. From the Report screen, in the Report List area, select the desired report to delete, and click the Delete icon ().
  4. The system displays a confirmation screen. Click the Yes button to delete the report.

Job Manager Delete

To access the Delete function:

  1. From the Application View Bar, select the Report icon (). The Report screen will be displayed.


     
  2. Click on the press New button in the Report Job Manager window to access the Create New Report Job window. 
  3. On the Report screen, click the Refresh button to update the Report List.

  4. From the Report Job Manager screen, in the Report List area, select the desired report to delete, and click on the Delete button.
  5. After selected jobs have been deleted, click on the Close buttonbutton.
