Provides options to create Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) profiles.

* name= - Name of VLAN profile
- acl-mode= - acl mode applied to the vlan
- disabled (default) | basic | drop | accept
- bridging-TYPE= - the type of briding applied to the vlan
- trans |ff| pv|full (default) |f ull-limited
- dai= - DAI (Dynamic ARP Inspection) State
- enabled | disabled (default)
- domain= - the vlan domain
- msti= - the msti used for the vlan
- cist (default)
- multicast -
- profile = - multicast profile to assign to vlan

user-LABEL= - user label
- any alpha-numeric name. (up to 32 characters)

- edit - Edit a VLAN profile
- From the ESUx> command line, input vlan edit name=2930 user-label=TELLABS, and press Enter. Output similar to the following is displayed:
ESUx> vlan create name=2930 user-label=TELLAB <enter> success ESUx> _
