Enable User

Note: Log on with Admin or Security Admin user privileges to perform this procedure.

The enableuser command enables users with Admin or Security Admin privileges to enable or disable a local user account.

• Command Path - enableuser
• Command Path - olt user enableuser (OLT2 only)

  Note: **=olt user - Add olt user to the CLI Command Path for OLT2.

1. From the ESUx> command line, input ** enableuser and press Enter. Output similar to the following is displayed:

   ESUx> ** enableuser <enter> Enter userID to enable/disable: _

2. Input the userid  and press Enter. The following prompt is displayed.

   User Enable or Disable (E,D) [E]: E <enter>

3. Input E (to enable) or D (to disable), and press Enter. The following message is displayed.

   User <userid> enable succeeded. ESUx> _
