Filtering Alarms

The user can filter alarms in the Current Alarms menu bar, so only those alarms of immediate or specific interest are displayed.



The user has control of the following search parameters, they can be used singly or mixed:

• Filter by Alarm Severity
• Filter by OLT Name
• Filter by Acknowledged alarms
• Option to Show Archived Alarms in the search

Example of a search for critical alarms with an OLT Name.

1. Check the Critical and Major box and select an OLT Name from the dropdown, then click on the Apply button.
   
   
    
2. All the Critical alarms will be displayed.
   
   
    
3. To Export the report to an Excel file, click on the Export to Excel button. The Downloads dialog will be displayed.
   
   
   
    
4. Select a download folder and click on the Save As button to save the file.
