Launching the Certificate Manager

To launch the Certificate Manager on a Panorama Windows server, follow these steps:

Stop the Panorama PON EMS server by selecting Start > Stop Panorama Server, from the Windows Desktop.
Log on to the server using a userid that has administrative privileges.
From the Windows Desktop, right-click on the Start icon and left-click on Terminal (Admin).
The User Account Control dialog is displayed.
Click on the Yes button.
The Administrator: Command Prompt screen is displayed.

Note: Do not close the Administrator: Command prompt window until explicitly instructed to do so or when instructed to perform a reboot or restart of the server.

Log on as an administrative user and open a command prompt.
In the Administrator: Window, enter the following command to navigate to the Panorama PON EMS server folder.

Note: The Panorama PON EMS server is required to shut down after the security settings are changed. The Certificate Manager will prompt the user to shut down the server with a prompt like the following:

Shutdown the Panorama Server [y].                    
 Respond with y.

cd c:TellabsPanoramaPONbbmgrserver

Still in the command prompt window, type the following command and press the Enter key to launch the Certificate Manager.
certificateMgr

The following menu and prompts are displayed.

1.List available certificate backup files.          
2.Restore an available certificate backup.           
3.PON EMS device/anchor certificate menu.           
4.Enable OCSP.            
5.Disable OCSP.           
6.Configure OCSP Responder URL.           
7.Configure the active OLT sessions certificate validation polling interval.            
8.Deploy ONT device certificates.            
9.ONT anchor certificate menu.           
10.Exit.
