MGmtVlan (mgv)

The MGmtVlan wizard is used to update the Management VLAN or Management VLAN Priority values on the NE after initial TurNup. When user input is required, the line shows the default value in square brackets followed by a colon, e.g. [4094] : To use the default value, press ENTER; otherwise enter a value and then press ENTER. A typical MGmtVlan wizard run interaction is shown below:

• Command Path - wiz>element-management>MGmtVlan
• Object1 - element-management 
• Object2 - MGmtVlan (mgv)
  • Actions -
    • run - wizard to Change MGMT Vlan/VlanPriority setting
      • * vlanIfc - Display current MGMT Vlan/VlanPriority settingVLAN Configurations
    • show - Display current NE's IPAddress/Netmask/Gateway settings

Run

1. From the ESUx> command line, input wizard element-manager mgv run, and press Enter. Output similar to the following is displayed:
