Network Element
Use the following procedure to view or edit the Network Elements of an OLT:
- Logon to EMS and in the Network common tree, right-click on the target OLT and select Properties from the dropdown list.

- In the ONT property dialog, click the Network Element tab.
- The Network Element attributes are displayed.

Configuration View - Network Element Tab (Ethernet OLT)
Field Description IP Address IP address of the OLT OLT Type Type of OLT Target Identifier Target identifier for the selected OLT Cable & Pair (Not applicable to Enterprise GPON OLTs) Cable ID User-defined values that identify the voice and/or data cables. Entry is limited to 10 alphanumeric characters. These entries can also be provisioned during Add OLT (refer to Adding a Tellabs 1100 Series OLT).
Note: The Cable ID and Starting Pair Count fields can be edited if no cross-connections have been provisioned on the NE. If cross-connections are provisioned, these fields are protected as shown above.
Status Alarm Status Highest active alarm present on the OLT. Operational Status Operational status of the OLT; either enabled or disabled. System Up Time Indicates the total system up time for this OLT.
