To view a generated Report:

  1. From the Application View Bar, select the Report icon ( ). The Report screen will be displayed.


     
  2. In the Report screen, click the Refresh icon () to update the Report List.
  3. In the Report screen, select a report in the Report List.
    Information Note: No reports will display in the Report List unless a report is initially created in the Report Job Manager.
  4. Either double-click the selected report or click the Open () icon to view the contents of the selected report in the Report Detail area of the Report screen.
  5. The information displayed in the report contains the parameters selected when the report was created or modified.


     
  • The columns can be sorted, in a standard American Standard Code for Information Interchange (ASCII) sort order, by clicking the column heading. An arrow, adjacent to the heading title, indicates whether the order is in an increasing or decreasing alphanumeric order.


     
  • A vertical scroll bar, located on the left side of the display, allows the user to scroll up or down the displayed report. If the mouse is equipped with a wheel, the display can also be scrolled by moving the cursor into the display area and rotating the wheel forward or backward.
  • The column width can be increased or decreased by placing the mouse on the vertical bar separating each column and pressing and holding the left mouse button, then sliding left or right to decrease or increase the column width.
  • The Information section can be maximized or minimized by clicking the up or down arrow located above the title.
