Passive Optical Network (PON)

Passive Optical Network (PON) Profiles allow the auto-provisioning of Optical Network Terminals (ONTs). Through the use of PON Profiles, blocks on all ONTs serviced by a PON can be assigned to support a specific Ethernet Port Template.

The use of PON profiles allows the user to automatically provision Optical Network Terminals (ONTs) on a PON or PON port basis.

1. To access PON right-click on the profiles () icon on the Main Window Toolbar.
