Reset

Resets a specified ONT or all ONTs on a PON. 

Note: + = select one parameter from set

• Command Path -  ont>reset 
• Command - reset
• Actions - 
  • + ont-id= - AID of specific ONT 
    •  [MDS slot]-[PON port]-[ONT ID] (x-y-z)
  • + pon-id= - PON AID
    • PON AID - [MDS slot]-[PON port] (X-Y) 

1. From the ESUx> command line, input ont reset ont-id=1-1-1, and press Enter. Output similar to the following is displayed: 

   ESUx> ont reset ont-id=4-1-9 <enter> Reset ONT succeeded. ESUx> _
