User Information
The userinfo command displays user account information for local craft users only, as follows:
- The administrator can view the status of all local user accounts in the NE database. The NE can store up to 15 local user accounts (including the default Admin user account). The list also displays the craft user account.
- A non-administrator user can view data for his/her own local user account only.

Note: A remote craft user cannot use this command to view his/her account information. If a remote craft user attempts this, an error message is displayed. - Command Path - userinfo
- Command Path - olt user userinfo (OLT2 only)

Note: **=olt user - add olt user to the CLI Command Path for OLT2.
- From the ESUx> command prompt, input ** userinfo, and press Enter. Output similar to the following is displayed.

- The Expires In column indicates one of the following:
- The number of days to expiration
- EXPIRED, if the password has expired
- FORCE EXPIRED, if the password was reset or this is a new account
- NA, if the password never expires
- The Failed Logins column indicates the number of failed logons since the last successful logon (Last Login).
