The alarms command displays the current autonomous alarms and conditions as monitored by the ESU or the QOIU7.

The following table describes the alarm information that may appear:

| Severity | Indicates the alarm severity: Critical, Major, Minor, Not Alarmed, or Not Reported. |
| AID | Indicates the physical location of the alarm, referred to as the access identifier (AID). |
| Alarm Probable Cause | Indicates the probable cause of the alarm. For descriptions of alarm probable causes, see the Tellabs 1100 Series Optical LAN Managing the PON User’s Guide |
| DateTime | Displays the date and time of the alarm. |
| Description (not shown above) | Description if available |
| Suppressed (not shown above) | Default false, true when suppressed |
| Suppressed by (not shown above) | Name |
