Table 1: PON Port Property Dialog - Configuration TabField Description NE (OLT) IP Address The IP address for this network element. NE (OLT) Target Identifier The target identifier for this network element. AID The access identifier (AID) for the selected port (refer to Alarms and AIDs - Reference Tables). User Label User assigned label for this PON. Admin State Enable or disable the administrative state for the network element. PON Profile Read-only field indicating the name of the PON Profile applied to this PON port (refer to Assigning PON Profiles to Links.) Receive CIR Threshold Received Committed Rate threshold for a port. Transmit CIR Threshold Transmitted Committed Rate threshold for a port. -
Click the Apply button to save changes in the Configuration tab. Panorama PON displays a confirmation message.
-
Click the Ok button.
- Click the Status tab (Figure 3) to view port status information. See the field descriptions in Table 2.

Field Description NE (OLT) IP Address The IP address for this network element. NE (OLT) Target Identifier The target identifier for this network element. AID The access identifier (AID) for the selected port (refer to Alarms and AIDs - Reference Tables). Transmit Line Rate (Kbps) The transmit line rate on this port, in kilobits per second (Kbps). Operational State The port operational state (for example, In Service, Not in Service). Receive Line Rate (Kbps) The receive line rate on this port, in kilobits per second (Kbps). Alarm Status The status of alarms on the port (for example, CRITICAL, MAJOR, MINOR, INDETERMINATE, or CLEARED).
Availability State Indicates the optical connection data availability status (for example, Normal). If the status is Abnormal, click the button to the right to display the PON Port Link Availability State dialog with a list of the reported state values.

CIR Summary Receive Aggregate Rate (Kbps) The receive aggregate rate on this port, in kilobits per second (Kbps). Receive Aggregate % The receive aggregate percentage on this port, as a percentage (%). T-CONT Info T-CONT ID The T-CONT ID comprises the Transmission Container (T-CONT) and the ONT Identifier (ONT-ID) of each ONT activated on the PON. Traffic classes are listed by priority, 0 through 7, with ONT Management and Control Interface (OMCI), having the highest priority (0). The bandwidth allocated for OMCI applies to all ONTs on this PON, not on a connection basis. The bandwidth allocated for priorities 1 through 7 are on a connection basis. Total Maximum BW (Kbps) Total maximum upstream bandwidth available for all connections utilizing the configured Connections Profile (refer to Connection Profiles) on the PON, per traffic class. Total Assured BW (Kbps) Total assured upstream bandwidth allocated for all connections utilizing the configured Connections Profile (refer to Connection Profiles) on the PON, per traffic class. -
Click the Traffic Analysis tab (Figure 4) to view statistical analysis for this port. See the field descriptions in Table 3.
