Connection Profiles

Connection Profiles control fundamental service attributes for DSL and Ethernet cross-connections, such as Service Type, traffic routing, VLAN priority, and rate information.

Connection Profiles are stored on the Panorama PON server and at those Tellabs 1100 Series OLTs that have cross-connections associated with the profile.

Profile Functions for Connection Profiles

From the View option in the Main Menu bar, select Show Connection View to display the Connection () icon in the Applications Bar. Click the Connection icon or select Profiles > Connection from the Main Menu bar to display the Connection Profiles screen.

Use the Connection tab to create, edit, or delete connection profiles, and monitor the status of a profile edit or profile deletion. Select these functions from the toolbar in the Profile Tool dialog, or right-click in the Profile List to display a pop-up menu.
