Create

Provides options to create Passive Optical Network (PON) profiles.

Note: * = required parameter]

  • create - Create a new PON profile
    • * name= - Name of new PON profile
    • auto-configuration= - enable ont auto configuration (disable using 'no auto-configuration')
      • maximum-ont-id - maximum ont id for auto configuration
        • 1 - 64
      • minimum-ont-id= - minimum ont id for auto configuration
        • 1 - 64
      • roam-locking - Enable roam-locking to set value. prevents onts(s) from being auto configured on more than one pon on a single olt, should not be used in pon protected systems
        • * name= - pon profile name
    • auto-conversion= - Enable ONT auto-conversion of mismatched equipment attribute ONT(s) - mea alarm will not be posted

    • excessive-arrival-violation=  - enable posting excessive arrival rate access violation to auto disable

    • integration-period= - integration period for PON TCA monitoring (in minutes)

    • ont-discovery - enable/disable discovery of unknown ONTs attached to the PON

    • Path-Protection - enables detection of network path failures

    • periods-to-monitor= - number of consecutive periods required with no threshold crossing to clear threshold crossing alarm

    • quarantine-alarm= - generate access violation alarm for quarantined (unexpected) ont
