Create

Note: * = required parameter

• Command Path - template>port>create>name=<template name>
• Object - port
• Action -
  •  create - Create a Port template
    • * name= - Name of Port to create

      Note: This will only create a shell for the new template.  The rules for this template will be inputted with the edit command.

1. From the ESUx> command line, input template and press Enter. Output similar to the following is displayed:

   ESUx> template <enter> ESUx template> _

2. From the ESUx template> command line, input port create name=TellabscliTest, and press Enter. Output similar to the following is displayed:

   ESUx template> port create name=TellabsCliTest <enter> success ESUx template> _
