Create

Use the following commands to create a PON Protection Group (PPG).

Note: * = required parameter

• Command Path - interface>pon>protection-group
• Command - pon
• Object - protection-group
• Action -
  • create - a PON Protection Group
    • * name= - PON Protection Group Name 

Create PON Protection Group

1. From the ESUx> command line, input interface pon protection-group create name=tellabs1 and press Enter. Output similar to the following is displayed:

   ESUx> interface pon protection-group create name=tellabs1 <enter> PPG name=tellabs1 created successfully! ESUx> _
