Download OLT Software

Perform a Manual Software Download to all OLTs. Multiple downloads can be in progress simultaneously. Software downloads vary depending on the system loading and can take as much as 3 hours. Since they are non-service-affecting, this can be done at  any convenient time to pre-stage the software.
