Enable OCSP

The OCSP enables applications to determine whether a specific security certificate is valid. It may be used to satisfy the operational requirements of providing timely revocation information and to obtain additional status information. An OCSP client issues a status request to an OCSP responder and suspends until the responder indicates whether the certificate is valid or not. On the Panorama PON system, OCSP clients consist of the TConfig server and ONT729GPs.
