Enabling or Disabling an Uplink Interface
| Note: One uplink interface must always be active to allow management traffic between Panorama PON and the OLT; the uplink interface with which the management VLAN is associated cannot be disabled. |
To enable or disable an uplink interface:
- In the Application View Bar, click LAGs (
). - In the Common Tree, select the OLT.
- Click the NNI/Uplink Interfaces tab, then right-click the uplink interface to work with. The Uplink Interface Property dialog is displayed.

- Click the Status tab.
- Do one of the following:
- To enable the uplink interface, click the Enable button.
- To disable the uplink interface, click the Disable button.
The Availability State changes to Abnormal.
Note: To update information, click Refresh.
- When finished, click the Close button.
